Job Description: As an MSD in Channel Partnering at Adapt Motors Private Limited, you will be the 'Captain of the team' who thrives in playing at any situation with a cool head. Your role will involve analyzing people skills to manage business goals based on their strengths and ensuring monthly goal achievement by the last day. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to prospects with prior experience in dealership/automobile sales and onboard them as Strategic Seller Point for Adapt Motors - Pitch different Adapt Motors products such as Electric 3 Wheelers, Electric 2 Wheelers to prospects for onboarding strategic sellers, commercial corporates, businesses, and start-ups for their everyday logistic/transit purpose - Understand Strategic Seller's on-ground challenges and assist them in achieving monthly business goals with a designed plan - Participate in team meetings, discuss client feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing the product and services sales in the market Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in dealership/automobile sales - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment About Company: Adapt Motors Private Limited (AMPL) is an established trading & manufacturing company in India, specializing in eco-friendly auto rickshaws and carts.
