This strategic role involves identifying and onboarding companies that require high-quality, scalable moulding solutions across diverse industries such as electronics, automotive, toys, appliances, and household goods . The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the injection moulding process and demonstrate a successful track record in strategic B2B sales and industrial partnerships. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Market Penetration : Identify and engage companies in need of plastic injection moulding services, with a specific focus on sectors such as electronics, automotive, toys, household items, and appliances . Strategic Business Development : Formulate and execute robust growth strategies that are closely aligned with the company's manufacturing capabilities and expansion plans. P&L Management : Own the profit and loss accountability for the injection moulding division, ensuring aggressive revenue targets are met, costs are controlled, and margins are continuously improved. Solutions Selling : Present tailored moulding solutions based on intricate client requirements, effectively leveraging our vertically integrated production strengths. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at client organizations. Revenue and Profit Growth : Drive substantial revenue growth through strategic negotiations, optimal pricing strategies, and effective client retention initiatives. Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate seamlessly with production, R&D, and operations teams to ensure projects consistently meet stringent quality and delivery standards. Market Insights & Lead Generation : Identify new business opportunities through comprehensive market research, active participation in trade events, and strategic digital outreach. End-to-End Project Oversight : Manage the complete business development cycle, from initial outreach to successful project delivery. Required Experience & Skills Experience : 8-15 years in business development , with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role involving P&L responsibility . Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of plastic materials, moulding processes, and manufacturing cycles . Industry Familiarity : Proven experience in sectors such as electronics manufacturing, automotive parts, and consumer goods . Commercial Acumen : Proficiency in contract negotiations, accurate sales forecasting, and effective client account management. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead a business development function and collaborate effectively across various departments. Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business , or a related field. An MBA is advantageous . Extensive experience in Marketing, Product Management, and Sales leadership in the medical field is required, along with a deep understanding of the IVD industry, products, and services. A data-driven and analytical approach to commercialization, proficiency in strategic planning, team development, and marketing, as well as experience in e-commerce and digital marketing are essential requirements for this role. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of any local language would be a plus. Travel up to 50% of the time may be required.
