Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
• Pitch company services/products effectively to C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to closure.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting on pipeline status and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, technical) to ensure client needs are met.
• Attend virtual/in-person networking events, webinars, and client meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years

  of experience in

  business development/sales

  , preferably in international markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with

• Experience in outbound lead generation and cold calling is a must.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
