Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market research for potential business opportunities through internet, exhibitions, business meets, personal contacts & database.
   
2. Preparing business presentations (PPT).
   
3. Shortlisting prospective companies to approach.
   
4. Sending introductory mails to the listed contacts.
   
5. Telephonic discussions/cold calls with the contacts to whom intro mails have already been sent.
   
6. Understanding their requirements, processing the NDAs/agreements.
   
7. Generating the RFQs.
   
8. Forwarding the RFQs to the internal team for further process.
   
9. Follow up with internal team for quotations/queries regarding the RFQ generated.
   
10. Submit RFQs to customers and follow up for closure Order finalization or regret the RFQ.
    
11. Kick-off meeting with CFT to hand over PO.
    
12. Arranging customer visits.
    
13. Visiting the customer place on a need basis.
    
14. Maintain procurement portals both Govt & Pvt always live.
    
15. Etc.
