As a Business Development professional in the field of Cyber Security, your role will involve managing the development of new sales leads through various channels and handling the strategic and operational aspects of business development for cyber security products and services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prospecting and identifying new revenue opportunities - Managing and growing sales effectively - Conducting product demonstrations in collaboration with OEMs - Building and nurturing relationships with clients - Presenting and explaining ideas to diverse audiences - Selling value and creating credibility among clients - Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies - Collaborating with management on sales goals - Attending industry-related networking events - Recommending upgrades and additional products/services to clients To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional networking skills, the ability to build rapport with customers and decision makers, self-motivation, target-orientation, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Your presentation and negotiation skills should be top-notch to effectively communicate the value of the solutions offered by the company. Additionally, having exposure to a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and a keen eye for identifying business opportunities will be beneficial. In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree is preferred along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, specifically in cyber security products and services. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the role will require you to work from the office in Gurgaon, Haryana on a full-time basis during day shifts. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve milestones, close sales, meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, develop new leads and contacts, maintain a detailed database of prospects, and collaborate effectively with teammates to drive deal closures. Regularly updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation will also be part of your responsibilities.
