We have worked closely with veterinarians to build a modern, all-in-one practice management platform designed to solve their biggest challenges—from streamlining appointments and managing records to simplifying billing and inventory. Our solution is built, tested, and ready for market. We are now looking a core team member to help us launch and grow.

Business Development & Customer Success Lead


What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities)

This is a hybrid role that combines sales, customer support, and strategic growth. You will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle.

1. Business Development & Growth:

  • Identify, connect with, and build relationships with veterinary clinics across India.
  • Conduct compelling, empathetic product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and benefits of Vetkore.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial conversation to closing the deal and bringing new clinics onto our platform.
  • Help define and refine our initial sales playbook and go-to-market strategy.

2. Customer Onboarding & Success:

  • Lead the onboarding process for every new customer, ensuring a smooth transition and helping them get maximum value from Vetkore from day one.
  • Serve as the trusted, primary point of contact for our founding customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Proactively engage with clinics to understand their goals, monitor their success, and gather invaluable feedback.

3. Product & Strategy:

  • Act as the voice of the customer within Vetkore. Meticulously document and communicate client feedback to the founding team to directly influence product improvements and our future roadmap.
  • Help create our initial knowledge base, including support articles and training materials.
  • Identify trends in customer usage and feedback to contribute to the company's long-term growth strategy.

    You are a self-starter who can figure things out on your own. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid to wear multiple hats.
  • Highly Organized & Self-Motivated:

    You can manage your own schedule, juggle competing priorities, and stay on top of follow-ups without needing close supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    You are a quick learner who can master our software inside and out and are comfortable using modern sales and support tools.
  • Experience:

    Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Support), preferably in a B2B software/SaaS company, is a major plus.
  • Bonus Points:

    Knowledge of the veterinary or healthcare industry is beneficial but not required. A genuine passion for helping animals and the people who care for them is non-negotiable.
