As a Business Development Coordinator in the renewable energy consulting industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business development function. Your responsibilities will include proposal drafting, client communication, and coordination with internal technical teams. To excel in this role, you must possess strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create and manage marketing and proposal materials. This position offers you the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior BD professionals and technical experts in a rapidly growing industry. - Assist in preparing proposals, EOIs, and pre-qualification documents for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. - Coordinate with internal technical teams for inputs, data, and documentation required for submissions. - Develop and maintain standard templates, trackers, and databases for proposals and opportunities. - Ensure proposals adhere to submission deadlines and internal review procedures. - Support client communication, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups. - Conduct desk-based research on potential clients, tenders, and market opportunities. - Maintain and update CRM records, BD trackers, and opportunity pipelines. - Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including brochures, capability statements, and corporate presentations. - Support content coordination for website updates and digital communication. - Collaborate with design and communication teams for brand-aligned collateral preparation. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in BBA, B.Com, or BA (Marketing, Communication, Sustainability) along with 24 years of experience in business development coordination, proposal writing, or marketing support, preferably in consulting, engineering, or clean energy sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with CRM tools, and basic design platforms (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe) is required. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a collaborative approach. Limited travel within India for client meetings or events may be required. This full-time, permanent position offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
