As a Structural Engineer at our company, you will play a key role in establishing technical leadership through optimization and innovation. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and reviewing structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and estimating construction costs. - Designing civil & structural aspects of solar PV projects, such as module mounting structures, control room buildings, roads, drainage, and equipment foundations. - Conducting grading and slope analysis. - Performing hydrology studies and flood risk assessments. - Reviewing geotechnical reports. - Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications for projects. - Reviewing costs of structural estimates, production estimates, and assessing commercial risk factors. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in structural design and analysis. - Proficiency in relevant software and tools. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability. Performance bonuses will also be provided based on your contributions.
