Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to strengthen our journey towards becoming a leading player in the financial and commodities ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring years of domain experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including hedgers, FPIs, algo traders, and influencers. The role requires extensive travel, market development, and relationship-building while aligning with business goals, productivity, and employee satisfaction.

Expected Responsibilities:

Drive new business opportunities and grow market share within the commodities and fintech ecosystem.
Actively engage with new prospects and conduct regular client meetings, seminars, and forums as per LMS attendance guidelines.
Engage, influence, and onboard clients such as hedgers, FPIs, algo traders, and market influencers.
Deliver powerful presentations in forums, seminars, and client meetings.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in assigned regions.
Ensure timely KYC, compliance, and process adherence for all client engagements.
Maintain weekly activity updates through the LMS system.
Support and promote the Dhan platform and its initiatives to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align field learnings with product and business objectives

Expected Skills:

Commodities domain experience: Minimum 4+ years.
Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
Passionate and dynamic personality with a long-term, loyal mindset.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
Hands-on with MS Excel, PPT/Mac tools, and social media.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local regional language.
Understanding of fintech growth methods vs. conventional setups.
Strong organizational discipline to meet structured input/output goals.
