Business Development & Client Servicing Manager

As a Business Development + Client Relationship Manager at Movieing Moments, a premium wedding photography and cinematography company, you will play a crucial role in building genuine relationships with clients and planners. Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to new leads and conducting discovery calls to understand the couple's vision and build rapport - Following up rigorously, maintaining lead trackers and Google calendars - Assisting in preparing proposals and pricing in collaboration with the founder - Building and nurturing relationships with wedding planners, venues, and vendors - Managing client communication from onboarding to final delivery - Coordinating with internal teams for shoot prep and timelines - Supporting hiring by screening applicants and scheduling interviews when needed - Contributing to refining the overall client experience To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-4 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or relationship management in weddings, hospitality, media, or lifestyle industries - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and proficiency in using sheets, calendars, and CRM-style tools - Self-driven and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability - Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously - A calm, sincere, and solutions-oriented mindset - Bonus: Experience working with wedding planners, agencies, or creative founders At Movieing Moments, you will have the opportunity to work with a creative, premium wedding studio and gain real ownership over client relationships and wedding journeys.
