Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BD & Client Servicing Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality client services. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, developing strategic solutions, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare communications or related industries is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
