Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BD & Client Servicing Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality client services. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, developing strategic solutions, and facilitating seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field Experience in healthcare communications or related industries is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
