Business Development channel sales

You will be responsible for the following: - Developing and implementing the overall channel sales strategy. - Recruiting and onboarding new channel partners. - Managing and maintaining relationships with existing channel partners. - Setting sales targets and tracking performance metrics. - Providing training and support to channel partners. - Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing initiatives. - Analyzing market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications required for this role: - Open to freshers or candidates with up to 5 years of experience in B2B sales. - Passionate about sales and committed to achieving success in the B2B sector. - Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development. - Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is highly preferred. - Background in the automotive industry is essential, with experience in sectors like Tyres, Batteries, Additives, Direct selling, Car dealerships, Garage equipment, Automotive parts companies, and Oil marketing companies. - Strong customer service and sales acumen, with the ability to build lasting relationships. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using and optimizing CRM systems to track and manage sales pipelines. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering results consistently.
