Business development channel sales (B2B Sales)
Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement the overall channel sales strategy.
o Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
o Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners.
o Set sales targets and track performance metrics.
o Provide training and support to channel partners.
o Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing initiatives.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Business development channel sales (B2B Sales)
- Open to freshers or candidates with up to *5 years of experience* in B2B sales.
- Passionate about sales and committed to achieving success in the B2B sector.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.
- Diploma or degree in *Mechanical* or *Automotive Engineering* is highly preferred.
- Background in the *automotive industry* is essential, with experience in sectors like:
- Tyres
- Batteries
- Additives
- Direct selling
- Car dealerships
- Garage equipment
- Automotive parts companies
- Oil marketing companies
- Strong customer service and sales acumen, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using and optimizing *CRM systems* to track and manage sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to delivering results consistently.
