Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: In-Office – Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Shift: Rotational (9 AM – 9 PM, 9-hour shifts)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday working, weekday off)
Employment Type: Full-time
Annual CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our inside sales team — someone who’s confident, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

You’ll play a key role in educating customers, converting leads, and delivering an excellent experience to help people make informed healthcare decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion & Outreach

  • Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers.
  • Achieve 50+ connected calls and maintain 3+ hours of talk time each day.
  • Handle inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

Sales & Customer Interaction

  • Clearly explain healthcare membership plans and their benefits.
  • Convert leads into paying customers and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Maintain accurate lead data and update CRM regularly.
  • Work closely with teammates and participate in regular sales training sessions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (healthcare or insurance experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and a target-driven culture.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online communication platforms.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekday offs.
  • Open to relocation if required.

  • 125+ Dialed Calls

  • 3+ Hours of Talk Time
