Location: Karur (Remote possible)
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred (female candidates also eligible)

Job Description:

Cybernaut Ed-Tech is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Associates to grow our client base and support the expansion of our educational technology offerings. As a BDA, you will identify sales opportunities, engage prospects, and help convert leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, and network expansion
• Build relationships with prospective customers and understand their education technology needs
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demos
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills
• Freshers are welcome and will receive comprehensive sales training and mentoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets
• Ability to work full-time (9:00–5:00) and be a team player
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Male candidates preferred; female candidates encouraged to apply
