Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Marketing – Website & Application Development)

Company Overview:

We are a growing IT solutions company specializing in website development, application development, and web app development. We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business Development Executive who can bring projects to the company through field marketing and client acquisition.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Target/Milestone Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for website development, application development, and web app projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to convert leads into clients.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Salary & Incentive Structure (Target Based):

Your earnings will grow with your performance:

• Bill ₹50,000 for the company → Earn ₹5,000 salary
• Bill ₹1,00,000 for the company → Earn ₹10,000 salary
• Bill ₹1,50,000 for the company → Earn ₹15,000 salary
• Bill ₹2,00,000 for the company → Earn ₹20,000 salary
• Bill ₹2,50,000 for the company → Earn ₹25,000 salary

(Higher billing = Higher salary, no upper limit on incentives)

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong motivation and good communication are welcome.
• Must be comfortable with field marketing, client meetings, and achieving targets.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence to interact with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of websites, applications, and web technologies (training will be provided).
