Roles and Responsibilities: β Identify, onboard and activate offline affiliates/channel partners for sustainable business growth β Conduct market surveys β Establish connections with educational institutions (schools, junior colleges, coaching classes). β Initiate discussions with HODs for seminar opportunities and other BTL activities. β Creating below the line brand awareness for Virohan for mentioned territories β Collect data from 12th board exam centers for attracting fresh students β Plan event activations strategically for better outreach β Plan and execute marketing activities, generating sales leads β Reach monthly sales targets by nurturing agent relationships and networks The Successful Applicant: β Is growth driven, thrives in challenges, has high resolve and drive β Comfortable with field sales, committed to daily market presence. β Proficient in consultative sales, adept at building trust without being forceful. β Strong communication skills, particularly in regional languages (differs by geography) β Receptive to feedback, embracing learning from mistakes and setbacks. β Presentable appearance and previous fieldwork experience, preferably in education sector β Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively represent the company to diverse audiences β Holds 2 to 5 years of sales experience preferably in field sales/offline sales β Basic Excel skills are a plus Show more Show less
