Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the academy in nearby regions.
• Build strong partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
• Promote academy programs, Olympiads, seminars, and workshops to schools.
• Achieve student enrollment targets through effective lead generation and conversions.
• Handle inquiries, counsel students/parents, and provide complete information about courses.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients, schools, and students.
• Submit timely reports on visits, leads, and conversions to management.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing/Sales background preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel and build connections in Haldwani and nearby towns.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or educational marketing is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
