Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire potential clients for the organization’s courses.
• Drive revenue generation and achieve performance benchmarks.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored course solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Complete mandatory 4-day training before independently handling responsibilities.

Employment Terms
• Probation Period: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (on achieving ₹50,000 revenue per transaction) + performance incentives
• Post-Probation: Eligible for Pre-Placement Offer (CTC: ₹2.5–3.5 LPA based on performance)
• Bond Agreement: 3 months; penalty of ₹20,000 for leaving before completion without valid reason
• Leaves: 1 Paid Casual Leave + 1 Paid Medical Leave per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives, disbursed with salary
• Other Benefits: Mobile Telephony Bill covered under CTC
