Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate with strong B2B sales experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have existing contacts with schools, colleges, Directors, Principals, and HODs, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This role focuses on generating institutional partnerships, driving enrollments, and expanding Techvein’s footprint across Jaipur and nearby regions.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify, target, and onboard schools, colleges, universities, and training institutes for Techvein’s IT and EdTech solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Directors, Principals, Vice-Principals, HODs, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos with institutional stakeholders.
  • Pitch Techvein’s programs, technology solutions, and training offerings in a clear and value-driven manner.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close B2B institutional deals.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Leverage existing contacts and networks within the education sector to generate new leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the education domain.
  • Plan and execute outreach strategies including campus visits, seminars, workshops, and events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, brochures, and institutional promotions.

Relationship Management

  • Act as a single point of contact for partnered institutions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination between institutions and internal delivery teams.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure renewals, upselling, and referrals.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, pipelines, and closures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership for product and strategy improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, IT services, or education partnerships.
  • Proven experience dealing with schools and colleges.
  • Existing strong contacts with educational institutions is a significant advantage.

Key Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Confidence to interact with senior stakeholders such as Directors, Principals, and HODs.
  • Result-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel locally for institutional meetings.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of IT training, digital learning solutions, or skill development programs.
  • Familiarity with the Jaipur and Rajasthan education ecosystem.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and relationship-focused personality.
