📍 Remote (India-Based) | Full-Time | Sector: Pediatric Teletherapy / Parent Coaching

🕒 Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (6 days/week)

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Bonuses with 3 months of probation

Starwalkers is a private teletherapy and parent-training clinic based in India. We specialize in working with autistic children, Gestalt Language Processors, and those with communication challenges and sensory processing difficulties. We offer a variety of services including speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, co-therapy, e-learning, music therapy, early intervention, and parent-training programs. We also provide free masterclasses and webinars for parents and professionals

Role Description

Business Development Associate

• Respond to inquiries from parents via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leads
• Conduct discovery calls to explain our programs and value with the support of therapists
• Maintain follow-ups and assist with onboarding new clients
• Manage outreach to pediatricians, inclusive schools, and therapists for partnerships
• Track leads and conversions using CRM tools
• Support the launch of webinars, info sessions, and masterclasses

Qualifications

• Presentation Skills and ability to create and deliver Presentations
• Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in teletherapy or the healthcare sector is a plus
