Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Krishnagiri. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and managing customer acquisition efforts. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining long-term client relationships to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and convert business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and decision-making
• Ability to meet deadlines, achieve targets, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
• Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
