Location: Pune Department: Business Development Executive Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)About the Role:This is an individual contributor role in a purpose-driven, high-performance environment that aims to spread the scientific and cultural value of Garbh Sanskar in your local community. Your role begins with contacting potential clients (pregnant women and their families) via outbound calls, fixing home visits, and counseling them about the importance of Garbh Sanskar practices during pregnancy. You will take up revenue responsibility by converting leads into monthly subscribers through personalized in-home counseling sessions. This hybrid sales model provides rich experience in both inside sales (tele-calling) and direct sales (home visits). Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads. Fix appointments and conduct home visits for personalized counseling Explain the Garbh Sanskar course benefits scientifically and emotionally Address family concerns, and close monthly subscription sales Achieve daily/weekly sales targets Maintain CRM updates, field reports, and visit summaries Preferred Skill Sets: Preferred experience in direct sales (EdTech, health, wellness) Passion for promoting well-being and women’s health Empathetic approach and ability to counsel pregnant women Strong persuasion and communication skills A natural knack for sales and storytelling Understanding of Indian traditions and health concepts is a plus Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream) Work Experience: 1–3 years in field or direct sales preferred Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Marathi; Basic English Comfortable with regular local travel Smartphone and 2-wheeler is mandatory Documents Required for Interview: 1 copy of updated resume Previous organisation experience letter Copies of mark sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation/Post-grad) 1 passport-size photograph Government or College Photo ID Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Commuter assistance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Business development: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person
