About the Role [UI/UX Designer] Looking to hire an experienced and talented UI/UX Designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction. Responsibilities & Duties ● 1 or more years of experience and a proven track record. Expertise with Figma . ● Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. ● Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. ● Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. ● Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. ● Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods. ● Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) Personality Traits ● Fun & confident personality, someone who loves to meet new people & build relationships. ● Pays close attention to details, loves taking notes, and maintains discipline with commitments, deliverables & deadlines. ● Highly motivated to work at a scaling startup. ● Positive & never-give-up attitude.
