Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone, email, or online platforms. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate leads. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales executives or close the sale directly. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions. Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing. Provide timely feedback to the sales and product teams for improving product offerings. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in an inside sales, tele-sales, or business development role (preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently. Ability to handle rejection and stress in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in [insert industry, e.g., SaaS, B2B sales, IT services, etc.] Knowledge of digital sales tools and automation platforms.
