Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Associate will focus on generating leads, conducting market research, developing presentations, and presenting solutions to potential clients. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients to drive business growth and actively contributing to SKILLIT ACADEMY's mission of empowering learners through innovative programs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Presentation Design, Delivering Presentations, and Engaging Communication
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop business opportunities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving goals
• Familiarity with the education, training, or technology sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
