We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female Business Development Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client communication, and brand promotion. This role involves reaching out to various sectors within the Agro-Industry and building strong business relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

• Identify and target potential clients such as Agro-Industries, Distributors, Dealers, Retailers, Vendors, and Farmers.
• Generate leads and acquire new business clients for the company.
• Develop effective sales strategies and customized business solutions.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and achieve revenue goals.
• Present company offerings, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide account management support, handle client queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate product value and introduce new products & services effectively.

Marketing & Branding

• Create awareness and promote the company’s brand through various channels.
• Assist in marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies for promoting products and enhancing brand presence.
• Communicate with target audiences and engage customers to build brand loyalty.
