Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in lead generation and outreach via calls, e-mails and social platforms.
  • Qualify leads, understand customer pain-points and book product demos for the Sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interaction and progress.
  • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success teams to support end-to-end sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Contribute to organising webinars, sales events and online/offline campaigns to generate demand.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of our product suite and value-proposition in the e commerce/logistics domain.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong persuasion & negotiation capability.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the e-commerce, SaaS and customer-experience ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools desirable
