Business Development Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The role involves selling online undergraduate and postgraduate courses to prospective students through telephonic and virtual counseling. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and messaging platforms to promote online UG and PG courses.
• Counsel and guide students on suitable programs based on their academic background and career goals.
• Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing the admission.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of communication with students on the CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the student experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales acumen and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in inside sales, education counseling, or telesales is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
