Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions/industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Collaborate with the design, engineering, and production teams to customize solutions as per client needs.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and after-sales support.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
Mentor junior sales engineers and support team development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics) or related field.
5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in [your industry, e.g., transformer/electrical/equipment].
Strong understanding of technical products and ability to explain them to non-technical clients.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively for client visits.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
