Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Manage and build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide insights for business growth.
Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions, product launches, and marketing activities.
Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and service coordination.
Manage a team of Sales Executives / Territory Sales Officers and provide guidance, training, and
motivation.
Regularly review sales performance, collection, and profitability in the territory.
Prepare area-wise sales forecasts, budgets, and MIS reports.
