Business Development Associate (BDA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and references
Explain PlaNexTrip services (Self-drive cars, bikes, tour packages, cab services)
Follow up with potential customers and close bookings
Maintain customer data and update leads regularly
Coordinate with operations team for smooth booking flow
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales & customer handling
Confidence, honesty, and dedication
Freshers can apply

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in travel, sales, or customer support (optional)

Qualifications:

BBA, MBA (Marketing / Sales)
