Job Description

enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller

40–50 calls per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    40–50 follow-up and new calls daily

    through the CRM system.
  • Update and maintain client information in the CRM database.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Share package details, offers, and services to generate leads.
  • Follow up on warm leads and ensure timely communication.
  • Report daily calling activity and progress to the team lead.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage (training provided).
  • Ability to handle daily call targets with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to learn about the travel and tourism industry.
  • Minimum qualification:

    12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).

  • Freshers are welcome

    ; prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
