Telecaller with CRM Management

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our team by making 40-50 calls per day through the CRM system. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their travel requirements, and generating interest in our travel services. Your responsibilities will include: - Making 40-50 follow-up and new calls daily using the CRM system. - Updating and managing client information in the CRM database. - Building and nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients. - Understanding customer travel needs and recommending suitable solutions. - Sharing details of our travel packages, offers, and services to attract leads. - Following up on warm leads and ensuring prompt communication. - Providing daily reports on calling activities and progress to the team lead. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage (training will be provided). - The ability to confidently handle daily call targets with enthusiasm. - A willingness to learn about the travel and tourism industry. - Minimum qualification required is 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). - Freshers are welcome; previous experience in telecalling or sales is a bonus.
