Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals for the position of Business Development Associate. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in business development, client acquisition, and EdTech sales. Full training will be provided.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and approach potential clients for AI, Robotics, and EdTech courses

Explain program details, learning outcomes, and pricing to parents and students

Convert leads into enrollments through professional communication

Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Achieve weekly and monthly targets assigned by the business development team

Participate in strategy discussions to improve lead generation and conversions

Build strong rapport with clients and represent ParrotNerds.ai professionally

 

 

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in speaking with clients and handling objections

Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts (training provided)

A growth mindset with willingness to learn and adapt

Professional attitude, discipline, and consistency

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

 

 

Eligibility Criteria

UG/PG candidates from any stream

Preference for candidates with interest in sales, business, or marketing

Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply

Immediate joiners preferred
