Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive with at least 6 - 1 year of experience to drive student enrollments for our eLearning platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and maintaining lead data using Excel.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Perform cold calling to reach out to potential students or working professionals
● Clearly explain course features, benefits, and offerings to interested leads.
● Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to increase conversion.
● Maintain lead records and follow-up status in Excel.
● Identify new prospects through online research and lead sourcing.
● Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and outreach volume.
● Report daily activities and performance to the manager.
Requirements
● Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/business development (preferably EdTech).
● Strong communication and convincing skills.
● Proficient in Excel for lead tracking and reporting.
● Ability to handle high-volume cold calls professionally.
● Self-motivated and performance-oriented.
