Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound calls, understand customer needs, and pitch NoBrokers premium services.
Convert leads into sales, achieve revenue targets, and upsell/cross-sell plans.
Maintain CRM data, follow up on leads, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Work Mode : Work from office
