Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential students, guiding them through our academic offerings, and converting inquiries into enrollments. This is a voice-based, inside sales role requiring excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and convert them into successful enrollments.

• Inside Sales & Voice Process: Engage with potential learners via calls, emails, and chats to counsel them on the best academic programs.

• Academic Counseling: Guide students and parents about course details, career prospects, and admission processes. • CRM & Follow-Ups: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads diligently.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing students to enhance retention.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and student preferences to improve sales strategies.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or EdTech is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.

• Prior experience in an EdTech sales role is an added advantage.
