Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Business Development Associate. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities. The role also involves preparing and delivering impactful presentations to prospective clients, building strong relationships, and representing the company at meetings to drive sales and growth. The associate will work closely with the management team to prepare strategies for market expansion and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
• Expertise in Presentation Skills and delivering effective and engaging Presentations
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business development goals
• Prior experience in a business development or similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand market trends and craft strategies
