Position Overview As a Business Development Associate, your role is to help expand our community by onboarding new members, building connections, and communicating the value of Wealth Flow. This position starts as commission-based, with fixed salary options unlocked once a defined number of successful client sign-ups have been achieved. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential clients through social media, email, and direct outreach Explain the Wealth Flow community model, broker integration, and onboarding process Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects Manage leads and outreach efforts using CRM tools or tracking sheets Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth client experience Assist with follow-ups, proposal support, and referral tracking Promote Wealth Flow at online events and within trading communities Qualifications Strong communication and persuasion skills Previous sales or outreach experience preferred but not required Comfortable working with Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and email Motivated, consistent, and target-driven Interest in forex, trading, or financial markets is a plus Willing to start on commission with growth toward a salaried role What We Offer Commission on every successful onboarding Clear roadmap to a salaried position based on performance Training, marketing support, and brand credibility Flexible hours and work-from-anywhere opportunity A high-impact role in a fast-growing financial brand
