Business Development Associate

As a Sales Associate at Maruti Flex Traders LLP, your primary responsibility will be to sell a wide range of signage products, ACP sheets, textile products, LED modules, power supply, and industrial self-adhesive tapes. Based in Bengaluru, India, you will work on-site full-time to engage with clients, meet sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads by exploring business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research. - Engaging with clients to establish strong and lasting relationships, understanding their requirements, and offering customized solutions. - Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet the company's goals. - Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business prospects. - Creating compelling sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients. - Managing the sales pipeline diligently, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. - Collaborating with internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer journey. - Providing regular updates to the management team on sales activities, pipeline status, and potential opportunities. - Networking at industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your client base and stay abreast of industry advancements.
