What Will You Be Doing?

• Conduct interviews with students to gauge their understanding of previous webinars.
• Identify interested and qualified leads for program enrollment.
• Provide personalized guidance and career counseling to potential learners.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and engaging interaction with each student.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback.

What Were Looking For

• 0-1 years of experience

  in EdTech(preferred) / B2C Inside Sales / Counselling-led sales (Freshers with strong communication & sales interest can apply).
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal abilities, and confidence in interacting with learners.

• Language proficiency

  : fluency in

  Marathi

  along with excellent English communication.
• A structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving targets.
• Highly motivated, hardworking individuals with a

  learner-first mindset

  .
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping learners achieve their career goals.

Languages Known

• Must have fluency in Marathi

• Excellent proficiency in English

Work Location & Working Days

• Work from Home
• 6-day working week.
• Training Location : Hyderabad
• Work Timings : 11:00 AM 9:00 PM
• No. of Working days / Week off : Rotational (Not on Saturday , Sunday)
