Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve new business sales and current revenue retention targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive steps, team collaboration, and resource allocation.
  • Perform sales activities, including driving to achieve sales levels and sharing client leads with the sales team.
  • Analyse market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Support the overall objective of the business by enabling the sales team with specific requirements.
  • Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrable success in inside sales with a record of meeting quotas.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and experience in outbound sales management.
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation and developing sales strategies.
  • Ability to work weekends when needed and flexibility to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

  • Ability to make use of resources effectively and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Strong coordination skills and problem-solving abilities.
