Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Developer to lead our government project acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven experience in dealing with government tenders and projects in sectors like museums, temples, parks, sculptures, murals, and public art installations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify, pursue, and secure government projects related to museum curation, park beautification, temple decor, murals, and sculptures.

· Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, tourism boards, municipal bodies, and urban development authorities.

· Monitor upcoming tenders and EOI/RFPs; coordinate documentation, bidding, and follow-ups.

· Collaborate with the design and execution teams to prepare concept presentations and proposals tailored to project requirements.

· Represent Karabi in meetings, presentations, and site visits with officials and stakeholders.

· Keep track of project progress and ensure client satisfaction during and after execution.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in business development or project coordination in the government/public art/cultural projects sector.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fine Arts, Architecture, Design, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and documentation.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Local knowledge of the Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh government ecosystem is a plus.

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Experience in fields like architecture, fine arts, public art, cultural curation, or infrastructure-related government projects.

· Prior involvement in projects such as museums, public murals, sculptures, or temple art.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
