Role Overview

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential partner schools across CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IGCSE & IB boards.
• Pitch iTeach’s value proposition to school principals, management, and academic heads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with school stakeholders.
• Conduct demos, webinars, and presentations showcasing iTeach’s AR-powered curriculum solutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and partnership targets.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to refine product positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute outreach campaigns.
• Represent iTeach at education fairs, summits, and networking events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in

  EdTech, SaaS sales, or school partnerships

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Passion for education, technology, and innovative learning.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and school demos.
