Role Overview:

Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Counsel students and working professionals about available courses, internships, and training programs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with colleges, training institutes, and corporates.
• Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct demo sessions, webinars, and presentations to pitch Internwave's offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably BBA, BCom, or MBA).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or EdTech counseling (Freshers can apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
