Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the organization’s growth. The role involves understanding market trends, promoting company products or services, and assisting in achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities : Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling. Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Pitch company products or services to prospective customers. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure conversion into sales. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve overall business objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools. Provide feedback and insights from the market to improve offerings and strategies. Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers often welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
