Designation: TM - Franchisee Development
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Work Location: In-Person

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee franchisee acquisition and development, ensuring compliance with H3 Preschool policies, including sales, marketing, and quality management standards.
Drive lead development and franchise sales for H3 Pre-school, as well as sampling across the entire state of Gujarat.
Assist franchise centers in identifying suitable premises, designing the school according to H3 standards, and supporting staff recruitment, training, school launches, and promotional activities.
Manage and nurture franchise centers within the state, ensuring effective operations and the optimal performance of employees.
Promote the brand image through media advertisements and identify and appoint new business partners to drive sales growth.
Monitor market trends and changes, strategizing on how to capitalize on evolving scenarios in line with sales projections and budgetary targets.
Report directly to the Zonal Manager (Head Office – Ahmedabad).

Shift Timing: Day Shift (Morning)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
