About the job: Key responsibilities: a. Market Research & Strategy: 1. Conduct market research to identify prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. 2. Assist in developing positioning strategies for IP services based on insights. b. Business Planning & Lead Generation: 1. Support in developing and executing strategic business plans aimed at expanding market presence and meeting revenue goals. 2. Generate qualified leads using various channels (email outreach, LinkedIn, events, etc.) and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. c. Client Engagement: 1. Initiate and maintain communication with prospective and existing clients. 2. Understand client challenges and present customized IP solutions. 3. Schedule and conduct meetings or calls to showcase service offerings. d. Sales Execution: 1. Contribute to the execution of sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. 2. Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities. e. Collaboration & Communication: 1. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and technical team to ensure client satisfaction. 2. Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and market response. f. Reporting & Process Optimization: 1. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions. 2. Share weekly progress reports and actionable insights with management. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
